Overview
I experimented with particles and used them to create the snow that is churned through the snow blower and worked carefully with animation to set the clearing of the tracks to match the speed of the train exactly. I also experimented with motion blur for the first time.
Note: no one at the time was able to figure out why the particle spray of the snow had missing segments or why the particles stopped being emitted at all at the very end of the video, my professor including. Looking back, it may have been the result of the computer using too much memory during the rendering process.
